Jared Corbin


Jared first joined The Court Jesters way back in 1994. He performed regularly at Scared Scriptless and was a member of the winning team in the 1998 National Theatresports Championship. Before heading off to be a founding member of corporate comedy troupe The Outwits, Jared appeared in several productions at The Court Theatre including: She Stoops to Conquer; The Complete History of New Zealand (abridged); The Bible – The Complete Word of God: abridged; The X Philes; Dr Pussyfinger Says No to Tomorrow; The Big O.E. and A Fistful of Dolores, which he co-wrote.

 With The Outwits he has appeared in and co-written numerous Summertimes productions including: The Complete History of Christchurch and New Zealand Rocks. He returned to the warm bosom of The Court Jesters in 2012 and they have yet to come up with a successful strategy to get rid of him once and for all.

Ben Freeth

Stage Manager

His previous Court Theatre credits include: The Mikado; Mrs McGinty and the Bizarre Plant; Romeo and Juliet; Mary Poppins, Cops and Robbers and Legally Blonde the Musical.

 His other theatre credits include: Once on Chunuk Bair (Imagine Charitable Trust); RAPunzel and Botfarm 2014 (New Zealand Playhouse); Crash Bash (Christchurch City Council); Joseph K and Hair (NASDA); Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story; The Phantom of the Opera and Mamma Mia (Showbiz Christchurch).

Ben is one of the founding members of Kindle Theatre Company where he directed and produced their debut show The Last Five Years. He continues to create and devise work in Christchurch.



Bianca Seinafo


Bianca is a graduate of Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School (Bachelor of Performing Arts – Acting). Her previous The Court Theatre credits include A Midsummer Nights Dream; Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Mule.

 Her previous theatre credits include The Pohutakawa Tree; Big Trouble in small Newtown; Women’s Work and In Spite of Him for Ensemble Company; The Adventures of Wendy the Wonderful; Birds; No2 and Toia.

 Bianca has most recently worked as a television presenter on New Zealands childrens television show What Now and Fresh.

Joshua Johnson


Born and raised in Christchurch, Josh studied performing at the National Academy of Singing in Dramatic Arts, where he attained a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Musical Theatre).

 Past Court Theatre productions include Dr Suess’s The Cat in The Hat, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Summertimes show Robin Hood (assistant director).

Other acting credits include; Once On This Island, The Laramie Project, Spring Awakening as Melchior Gabor (NASDA), Rock of Ages (Magnitude Productions), Evita (Showbiz Christchurch) and the national tours of The Buddy Holly Story as Joe B. Mauldin, South Pacific and most recently Grease! as Doody (Ben McDonald Productions).

 Last year, he helped write and produce his own show; Dare to Indulge: A Guilty Pleasure Cabaret. Which was performed in the NZ Fringe Festival to a sold out season.

 When not working on shows, Josh occasionally performs at corporate and public events around Christchurch with the EPIC ENTERTAINMENT team.
